To backsplash or not to backsplash...That is the question...

I am now wondering if I should get a Granite (http://tanbrown.org) backsplash for my Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops also, or if I should just skip the Granite (http://tanbrown.org) backsplash and (http://maplered.com) do tile down the wall all the way to the Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top?
